The new manager is very customer service friendly and will help answer questions even when she's in the middle of a complete store reset. I really appreciate how much better the produce section has gotten since she and her team have taken over. It no longer smells bad and is now full of produce that is still fresh and usable for a few days when you buy it. I used to hesitate to shop here because it was so dirty and there were always tweekers loitering outside. Not the case anymore. The store has improved ten fold. It is packed full of great deals and even more home products, too! We will start shopping Grocery Outlet now as a regular location for basic groceries. Now that the store has improved, it's a lot better and more reliable.

Great deals and a fun place to take the kids shopping. The small shopping carts for kids help teach them to shop and feel like they are helping the family shop. I wanted to make a special note for Michael, he's been our cashier a few times now. He's always so personable and a pleasure to chat with. He's patient when the kids are purchasing their treats with their chore money and his customer service is a real pleasure.

Love this place!!! Esp. in Marysville!!! Terrific selection of breads, shampoos & conditioners, cooking and kitchenware. General housewares too! Found my favorite style of shower curtain at a great discount!!! I have purchased all my holiday candy here for years!!! Wonderful selection!!!

Grocery outlet is one of my favorite stores to shop and and they have great deals on things I like and I always find items I wasn't looking for and I'm glad to have found them. It's really worth shopping here cause you never know what you find when your there for instance, I knew I needed the small batteries and I wasn't looking For them but I actually came across then a whole sheet of different sizes at an awesome price (1.99) a set. That made me happy I went that day. It's worthwhile to shop at least once a week cause they always have something new and you never know what treasures you'll fine and they are always from my experience very kind people working on there. Every time I go into this store, everybody is very friendly upbeat and helpful. One of the times I was in there, just recently I was looking for white vinegar couldn't find it. I had three employees help me. Always get a welcoming hello from everybody. It's just a pleasure shopping at the store

Honestly, it was as good an experience going grocery shopping as I've ever had. Everyone was putting in work but took time out to ask if I needed anything and genuinely cared about my experience there. Specifically Dakota does a great job making you feel welcome at the store. This grocery outlet has a good mix of things for being a smaller store. They have a surprisingly good selection of wine as well as most common grocery items, I hope this helps, thanks!

Absolutely love this place as well as the staff most I even know by name . They are always very friendly and helpful very clean , always a great variety of everything you need it’s never over crowded. I also love that they provide there boxes to take your groceries home in instead of bags as an alternative. Parking is always easy and close to the door.

Couldn't possibly imagine any better service than what I was helped out with here today! Ms Jessica was super polite and attentive even when I was having technical difficulties with remembering my own pin and made me transaction as smooth as possible after a few invalid pin attempts with the wrong card And Ms Jana has been running this store magnificently and quite efficiently thank you both!

First time shopping at this location and I can see why it has such a high rating. 3 separate employees said hello and asked if I needed help looking for anything and one even found me later to follow up if I got what I needed. 10/10 experience.
